The name „waffle fabric“ comes from its structure – the surface of the material resembles a waffle with characteristic square indentations. This weave creates a volumetric texture, making the fabric airier, breathable, and highly absorbent. We use high-quality 100% cotton waffle fabric, which makes the bedspreads soft, comfortable against the skin, and safe. Natural cotton fibers offer excellent breathability and moisture absorption, ensuring that the blanket remains comfortable in every season, both in summer and during cooler weather.

We offer two types of waffle weave blankets: Greek waffle weave (large square pattern) – with a stronger and more pronounced texture. These blankets look particularly striking, voluminous, and luxurious, creating an impression of elegant textiles in your interior. And fine square pattern waffle weave (checkerboard weave) – with a more understated and delicate texture. These blankets appear calmer and more minimalist, fitting perfectly into any interior. Both options are soft, durable, and long-lasting. Despite their lightness, the fabric is dense enough and resistant to wear, maintaining its shape and appearance well even after repeated washes.

All the waffle fabrics we use are OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, confirming their safety and absence of harmful substances. This means our bedspreads are also suitable for sensitive skin and can be used daily without any restrictions.
